Originally a permanent placement firm specializing in the medical and legal fields, the firm evolved to become a full-service provider of temporary, temp to perm and direct-hire placement staffing services. Today, PEI is the eighth largest employment agency in Maryland according to the Baltimore Business Journal Book of Lists.
